We use a face-to-face interview to review your resume, employment history, and the skills you currently possess to help guide you. This is a crucial step in the staffing process because it not only helps us better match you to positions you are qualified for, but it can help us determine if you are a great fit for the culture of a particular company and whether the placement actually meets your career goals.
